A home health screening is a standard health screening carried out at your home rather than at a clinic. A mobile nurse arrives at the time slot you book, confirms your identity, records your biometric measurements, draws a blood sample and collects a urine sample. Your results are then emailed to you.
Nothing about the testing is reduced to make it portable. The panels are the same panels — a liver profile, a kidney profile, a lipid profile, blood glucose and a urine analysis in every package, with thyroid function, a full blood count, hepatitis screening and tumour markers in the fuller ones. What changes is where the needle goes in, and how much of your day it costs you.
The usual reason is time. A clinic screening means travel, a waiting room and, for most working adults, a chunk of a morning. A home visit takes about 20 minutes per person and happens where you already are. The second reason is that it makes screening realistic for people who find a clinic trip genuinely difficult — older parents, anyone with reduced mobility, or a household trying to get several people screened at once without organising four separate appointments.
Home screening suits some situations much better than others. It tends to make sense if any of these describe you:
Some things still need a clinic. Imaging such as a mammogram or ultrasound cannot be done at home — it is arranged at our Tanjong Pagar, Orchard, Jurong or Novena clinics, though Jurong does not currently offer mammogram or breast ultrasound. If you want a screening built around imaging, or you are a single person looking for the lowest-cost entry point, a clinic-based health screening is likely the better fit.
For anyone under 18, an extensive health screening is generally not required. If there is a specific reason to screen a younger family member, speak to us first and we will advise whether it is appropriate.
There are five packages, and they build on one another — each tier contains everything in the tier below it, plus more. The suggested age bands are a starting point rather than a rule: Vital is aimed at 18 to 25, Essential at 20 to 33, and Core, Deluxe and Premier at 30 and above.
Whichever tier you choose, the visit covers a broad baseline:
The cardiac and nutrition components can also be added to a lower tier as top-ups rather than moving up a whole package — $70.85 for the Basic Cardiac Screen and $161.32 for the Nutrition Deficiency Screen. If you are unsure which tier fits, WhatsApp us with your age and what you are most concerned about, and our team will point you at the sensible one rather than the largest one.
Prices are per person and fall as more people are screened in the same visit, because the visit itself is the fixed cost. The house call is free whenever a screening package is booked. From two people up, everyone in the booking can choose a different package and still get the group rate.
| Package | 1 person | 2 people | 3 or more |

* All prices are per person, NETT and inclusive of 9% GST. The Vital package is not available for single-person bookings.
Most slots carry no surcharge. Early mornings, evenings and Sundays do, because they fall outside standard hours.

Six steps from booking to results, and only one of them needs anything from you on the day.
Around 20 minutes per person, with a 10-minute grace period built in. Most of that is identity checks and measurements — the blood draw itself takes a couple of minutes. Bookings that run beyond 30 minutes per person attract a time-based surcharge, so grouping several people into one visit is both quicker and cheaper per head than booking separately.
It depends which package you have booked, and the difference comes down to how each one tests your blood sugar.
Two points apply whichever package you choose:
Two things fasting does not mean. It does not mean skipping your medications — keep taking them as usual, because stopping before a screening can distort the very results you are trying to check. And it does not mean avoiding water: drink normally, or the urine sample becomes harder than it needs to be.
A home visit takes about 20 minutes and needs nothing more from you than being at home. WhatsApp us with how many people you want screened and we will suggest the packages that fit.

What patients in Singapore most often ask about screening at home.
Home health screening is a health screening carried out at your home instead of at a clinic. A mobile team attends at your booked time slot, verifies your identity, takes biometric measurements — height, weight, body mass index, blood pressure and waist circumference — draws a venous blood sample and collects a urine sample. Every package covers a lipid profile, blood glucose, a full liver profile, a full kidney profile, uric acid and a urine FEME. The larger packages add HbA1c, thyroid function, a full blood count, hepatitis screening, tumour markers and other tests. Samples go to the laboratory and a full report is issued within 7 working days, with a doctor review available by tele-consultation.
Prices are per person and NETT, inclusive of GST, and fall as more people are screened in the same visit. For one person, Essential is $168, Core is $188, Deluxe is $318 and Premier is $518. For two people, Vital is $118, Essential $158, Core $178, Deluxe $308 and Premier $508. For three or more people, Vital is $108, Essential $148, Core $168, Deluxe $298 and Premier $498. The Vital package is not available for a single-person booking. The house call itself is free when a screening package is booked. Surcharges may apply for after-hours slots, Sundays and locations such as Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island.
It depends on your package. The Vital and Essential packages use a fasting blood glucose test to screen for diabetes, so an 8-hour fast is required — plain water only, and no food, coffee, tea, juice, sweets or chewing gum. The Core, Deluxe and Premier packages include an HbA1c test, which estimates your average blood sugar over the previous three months, so no overnight fast is needed. Whichever package you choose, avoid alcohol and fatty meals for 12 hours beforehand because both affect cholesterol and triglyceride readings. If you already know you have raised cholesterol or triglycerides, fast for 8 hours regardless of package. Continue all your regular medications as usual.
The mobile team are employees, not contractors. They are state-registered nurses or certified phlebotomists who take blood as their daily work and receive ongoing in-house training. They will ask to verify your identity against your NRIC card, FIN card or passport before starting.
About 20 minutes per person, with a 10-minute grace period built in. Most of that is identity verification, biometric measurements and the blood draw itself, which takes only a few minutes. If a booking runs beyond 30 minutes per person, a time-based surcharge of $27.25 NETT per 30-minute block applies. Booking several people into one visit is more time-efficient as well as cheaper per person.
A full health report is generated within 7 working days and an email notification is sent to the address you nominate when it is ready. You can then arrange a tele-consultation to go through the findings with a doctor, covering what the results mean, any lifestyle changes worth making, and whether any referral or follow-up is needed. If you would rather be seen in person, a face-to-face consultation can be arranged instead.
Yes. You can book on behalf of family members, and it is helpful if you can be present in case they need assistance. This is one of the more common reasons people choose home screening — it removes the travel and waiting that make a clinic visit difficult for older parents or anyone with limited mobility. Different people in the same booking can choose different packages for bookings of two or more, so a household can mix an entry-level package for a younger adult with a fuller one for an older parent. For anyone under 18, an extensive health screening is generally not required; contact us first if you are considering it.
No, and the difference matters. A self-test kit is something you use on yourself, usually a finger-prick sample covering one or two markers, posted to a laboratory or read at home. A home health screening is a clinical service: a trained nurse or phlebotomist draws a proper venous blood sample, collects a urine sample, records your blood pressure and other measurements, and sends everything to the laboratory. The panels are the same ones used for screening in the clinic, and a doctor reviews the report with you. A kit can tell you a number; a screening gives you a full panel with clinical interpretation.
A surcharge applies of $32.70 NETT for less accessible locations such as Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island. Standard hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and Saturday 8.30am to 1pm, with no surcharge. Early morning and evening weekday slots carry a $21.80 NETT surcharge, Saturday slots outside standard hours $32.70 NETT, and Sunday slots $54.50 NETT. If nobody is home at the appointed time, a $54.50 NETT charge applies, and the same fee applies to changes made with less than two working days' notice.
